Terms of SaaS License

1. Platform Provision & SLA

By purchasing an active SaaS license or activating our Growth/Elite modules, your brokerage ("Licensee") enters into a binding service-level agreement with NexxFlow. We provide our proprietary conversational APIs, vector matching index, and CRM relays on a secure subscription basis.

2. API Usage Restrictions

The Licensee shall not use the Meta WhatsApp API gateways provided by our platform to distribute unsolicited spam messages, non-real estate marketing campaigns, or any content violating local real estate advertising laws. NexxFlow reserves the right to suspend webhooks immediately if compliance guidelines are breached.

3. Service Levels (SLA) & Penalties

We guarantee a response latency of under 120 seconds for qualified portal leads. If our server nodes go silent or fail to process leads for more than 15 consecutive minutes, the Licensee is entitled to standard SLA fee credits as specified in our Refund SLA guidelines.

4. Intellectual Property

All algorithms, similarity search vectors, CRM schema parsers, and custom software models developed by NexxFlow remain our exclusive property. The Licensee is granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the suite for active brokerage business purposes.
