Refund & SLA Policy

1. Subscriptions & Licensing

NexxFlow is an enterprise SaaS platform with recurring monthly billing. Licensing fees are collected at the start of each billing cycle. Due to our extensive server hosting, Meta cloud integrations, and vector DB allocations, standard monthly licensing fees are non-refundable.

2. 120-Second Response Guarantee

If our systems fail to respond to your portal leads on WhatsApp within 120 seconds of arrival due to our server errors or API failures, we waive or credit your licensing fee for that entire billing month. This SLA is subject to active Meta API availability and valid lead schemas.
