1. Scope of AI Conversations

Our conversational agents (NexxAgent™) utilize advanced large language models (LLMs) tuned strictly on property brochures and active databases provided by the client brokerage. While we implement strict structural constraints to eliminate hallucinations, AI-generated responses are intended for initial qualification, viewings coordination, and descriptive matches only.

2. Broker Validation Requirement

AI listings suggestions do not constitute legally binding real estate listings, escrow instructions, or financial consulting. Prospective buyers are required to complete all legal due diligence, title deeds validations, and transaction escrow signatures directly with a licensed human broker representing the agency.
